Every year, we hold a special Christmas gathering for our “angels”—our dedicated employees who have become more like family than staff. It’s one of the events I look forward to the most, not because of the celebration itself, but because of what it represents: gratitude, unity, and love.

We always make sure to invite their immediate families—children, spouses, and even their parents. Everyone goes home with gifts, no one is left behind. Seeing the joy on their faces, especially the little ones opening their presents, felt absolutely magical. The room was filled with laughter, hugs, and warmth—moments that make all the stress and sleepless nights of planning truly worth it.

The program flowed seamlessly. The food was abundant—more than enough for seconds and take-home rounds! There were games, prizes, and countless snapshots of joy. But what truly sealed the night was the speech I gave before we ended. I didn’t expect to get emotional, but as I looked around the room at the people who stood beside me through thick and thin, my heart couldn’t contain the gratitude. I cried, and so did many of them. It was a moment that reminded me why I do what I do.

This isn’t just a company. This is a family. And in this home we’ve built, love and appreciation will always be served.
